Elektor presents special LED issue
Elektor is publishing a special issue dedicated to light emitting diodes (LEDs). In addition to theoretical information, “LEDS 1” describes where and how LEDs are currently used. We investigate the current state of the art in LED beamer technology in an extensive article.
LEDs are also rapidly replacing incandescent lamps in car headlights. The DIY projects include a universal LED lamp with programmable dissolves, an artistic LED dimmer with continuously adjustable colour mixture, an electronic die with LEDs for the points, and last but not least, a DIY ambient lighting device with Bluetooth interface.
